Hello! I'm Rob
I am a technology manager who loves solving problems using technology solutions. From the power user to the novice no one has all the answers. Leaning on collaboration and teamwork I understand I may not have all the solutions but WE do.
Deep down I’m a tech and numbers geek. A Finance M.B.A. with a concentration in International Business, Excel is my most powerful weapon. Bad data leads to bad decisions. Good data leads to enlightenment, empowerment and improvement. Fact based decisions are where it’s at!
I love fixing what’s broken and thrive on creating that which is needed.
Robert J. Rak
Consumer technology geek, Excel and numbers wonk. Helping others automate and simplify day to day tasks via technology does it for me.

I created and managed a dedicated white glove 24x7 Executive Support team for the C-Suite. We are proactive, adaptable enablers with the goal of allowing our busy clients to focus on their jobs without getting distracted by technology struggles.
I also managed our Event Operations team consisting of Audio/Visual Professionals supporting Video Conferencing, Town Halls and Event Productions.
Finally, I managed a team responsible for global reporting and oversight for our organization. Excel is my most powerful weapon.

I previously created, piloted and expanded the Digital Cafe, our internal Apple Genius Bar like service. After growing the concept by over 400% I turned it over to a peer to manage on an on-going basis.
